On Nov.14 a meeting was convened at Room 208 on Yanchang Campus to welcome the experts from the municipal educational department who were intended to make an access of the utility of funds on some subjects.

Zhou Zhewei, deputy chancellor of Shanghai University delivered a welcome address. After professor Yang Haihong made a brief account of the purpose of the meeting, the access report started. First, deputy headmaster Wang made a report on the general condition of some key discipline and characterized project. Then the leader of each discipline reported their use of aid. The experts listened carefully and raised questions and discussion about it.

Finally, the educational committee representative made a solitary discussion and made their access of the utility of the funds, which would be directly submitted to Shanghai municipal educational committee.
